Hawaiian-Style Pork Burgers

Preparation
1. Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate. 2. Shape four patties with the ground pork and lightly oil. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Grill the patties for about 4 minutes. Flip and top with the cheese. Continue cooking until the meat is thoroughly cooked. 4. Toast the bread. Spread the inside of the buns with mayonnaise. Layer with the tomatoes, patties, ham, pineapple and orange bell pepper. Cover with the top bread. 5. Serve with a green salad. |
