- 180 ml (3/4 cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 560 ml (2 1/4 cups) icing sugar
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) 35% cream
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
Preparation

In a bowl, beat the butter, sugar, cream and vanilla with an electric mixer until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Add food colouring if desired.

A simple and economical frosting.
Frosting Just add 75 ml (1/3 cup) sifted cocoa powder to the vanilla frosting. |
