About nutrition facts

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat the thermos by filling it with boiling water while preparing the soup.
  2. In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into the preheated thermos. Close tightly. Do not open the thermos for at least 4 hours to allow the food to cook in the hot broth.

Note

It's a real clean-out-the-fridge recipe: You can use the vegetables of your choice. It is important, however, to use red lentils because they cook more quickly.
