Ingredients
    Sauce
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) hoisin sauce
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) soy sauce
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) maple syrup
  • Chicken en papillote
  • 4 skinless and boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into small florets 

  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips 

  • 250 ml (1 cup) snow peas 

  • 500 ml (2 cups) crispy fried noodles
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced 

  • Salt and pepper 






Preparation
Sauce

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside. 

Chicken en papillote

With the rack in the lowest position, preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).

Place the chicken breast halves in the center of four sheets of aluminum foil. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cover with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Close and seal the papillotes. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Serve with crispy noodles and sprinkle with green onion.
