- 6 slices crisp-cooked bacon, finely chopped
- 75 ml (1/3 cup) finely chopped fresh chives
- 250 ml (1 cup) grated sharp cheddar
- Hot pepper sauce to taste
- 454 g (1 lb) salted butter, softened
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) grated fresh ginger
- Grated zest and juice of 1 lime
- 454 g (1 lb) salted butter, softened
- 75 ml (1/3 cup) oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes drained and finely chopped
- 250 ml (1 cup) finely chopped fresh basil
