The days when dried peas were only found in your grandmother’s pea soup are long gone! Today, this Canadian pulse is used in many processed foods, particularly in China, India and Europe. Ricardo meets Reg Roth, a producer from Landis, Saskatchewan, who–like many Prairie farmers–has transitioned from growing wheat to growing peas.
