Newfoundland and Labrador is famous not only in Canada but worldwide for its succulent, sweet-tasting snow crab. Ricardo heads to the east coast of this beautiful province to meet Robin Quinlan, vice-president of Quinlan Brothers, which exports almost its entire snow crab production.
