Methodology

Ricardo magazine teamed up with Leger Marketing to complete this 2015 online survey among a random sample of Canadians and Ricardo magazine readers. The study was conducted between October 21 and November 2, 2015, with 3,152 Canadians. Using census statistics from Statistics Canada, results were weighted according to gender, age, regions, household income, education, the presence of children in the household, the age of the children, and the language spoken at home, in order to obtain a representative sample of the entire adult population in Canada.
