On September 15, we launched our magazine across the country.

To celebrate this launch, we offered free lunches to the first 1,000 people to show up in Yonge-Dundas Square in Toronto. Over 3,000 people came.

Creating 1,000 lunchs is a big deal! To give you an idea, it involved :

  • 290 pounds of chicken
  • 120 heads of Boston lettuce
  • 250 eggs
  • 57 pounds of flour
  • 50 pounds of chocolate chips
  • and over 15 hours of preparation, the day (and night) before this stunt.

We are very proud of this event and of our new magazine!
