September 16-20, 2019: What to Cook This Week

With the last week of summer upon us, cooking can become a complicated affair. One day, it’s cool enough to warrant a cozy soup, and the other, we want something that requires little cooking time. So we’re saying goodbye to the season of sun and fun with a Monday-to-Friday menu that’s the best of both, with some dishes brimming with a few of our favourite late-summer ingredients.

Monday: Carrot Greens and Lentil Soup
