Paprika Lamb Chops
- 12 lamb chops
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper
- Brush the chops with oil and sprinkle with paprika. Season with salt and pepper. In a non-stick skillet, brown the chops in the oil for 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium doneness, depending on thickness.
- Serve the chops with mint mashed potatoes.
You can replace the smoked paprika by sweet paprika.
