Paprika Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 12 lamb chops
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Brush the chops with oil and sprinkle with paprika. Season with salt and pepper. In a non-stick skillet, brown the chops in the oil for 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium doneness, depending on thickness.
  2. Serve the chops with mint mashed potatoes.

Note

You can replace the smoked paprika by sweet paprika.
