Smoked Salmon Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 package 250 g cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sour cream
  • 2 1/2 oz (75 g) smoked salmon
  • Grated zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh chives, chopped
  • Cracked Pepper

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, blend the cream cheese, sour cream and salmon. With a spatula, stir in the lemon zest and chives.
  2. Refrigerate.
