Smoked Salmon Spread
- 1 package 250 g cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sour cream
- 2 1/2 oz (75 g) smoked salmon
- Grated zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh chives, chopped
- Cracked Pepper
- In a food processor, blend the cream cheese, sour cream and salmon. With a spatula, stir in the lemon zest and chives.
