Eggnog Shooters

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) 15% country-style cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) brandy
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) dark rum
  • Ground nutmeg

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients, except for the nutmeg. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Just before serving, lightly froth the preparation with a hand blender.
  3. Pour into shot glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve very cold.
