Shrimp with Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) finely diced fresh mango
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) seeded tomato cut into small dice
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) onion cut into small dice
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) virgin olive oil
  • About 30 Nordic shrimp 

  • Salt and pepper
  • Chives or chervil, for garnish 




Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Place at the bottom of porcelain wonton soup spoons or in medium-sized tablespoons. Garnish with chives or chervil.
