Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (750 ml) frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) apple juice
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently. Let cool. Store in the refrigerator.
