Bacon, Tomato and Avocado Stacked Salad

  1. In a bowl, drizzle the lime juice over the avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, toss the lettuce with some dressing, to taste. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. In a third bowl, combine the beans with some dressing, to taste. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Note

For each serving, place the can in the center of a plate. Fill with the following ingredients in order to create separate layers: 1/4 of the bean salad, 1/8 of the mesclun lettuce, two tomato slices, 1/8 of the bacon, 1/8 of the mesclun lettuce, two tomato slices, 1/4 avocado and 1/8 of the bacon. Press lightly and remove the can. Proceed in the same way for the other plates. Serve immediately.
