12 cups (3 litres) frozen peas (2 bags of 750g)
Preparation
In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the peas for about 1 minute. Drain, setting aside 250 ml (1 cup) water.
In a blender, purée the peas and the reserved water. Strain.
