Hoisin and Mustard Sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) canola oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) honey
- Salt and pepper
- In a bowl, blend all the ingredients with a whisk. Season with salt and pepper.
