Sesame Broccoli Stir-Fry
- 1 broccoli, cut into florets and blanched
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper
- In a skillet, sauté the broccoli for 2 minutes in the vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add the sesame oil and sesame seeds.
These vegetables are so quickly prepared, it is better to sauté them at the last minute.
