Laurence Jalbert’s Shrimp Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (454 g) Northern shrimp
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) homemade or store-bought mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) garlic flower
  • Flat-leaf parsley, to taste
  • Salt and pepper 




Preparation

  1. In a food processor, purée all the ingredients until the desired texture. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve with crackers or baguette bread.
