Laurence Jalbert’s Shrimp Mousse
- 1 lb (454 g) Northern shrimp
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) homemade or store-bought mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, cut into pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) garlic flower
- Flat-leaf parsley, to taste
- Salt and pepper
- In a food processor, purée all the ingredients until the desired texture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with crackers or baguette bread.
