When the garden is filled with tomatoes and cucumbers, gazpacho, a cold Spanish soup, is the perfect recipe. It freezes well. You can even make your own tomato juice.
I also omitted the bread and found it to be bland. I was also thinking basil and perhaps some lemon
Love it, hot or cold. I grill red peppers. Add some celery salt, basil, omit the oil and bread.
