Oven-baked: Brown the pork tenderloins in an oven-safe nonstick skillet and bake in the center of the oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 15 minutes.
Agree with the comment on salt. WAY too much. If you reduce it to 2 tsp it works, 2 Tbsp is almost not edible it so salty. But with this adjustment its great!
Delicious and very quick and easy to prepare. The flavour is outstanding.
It is very good but even 30 min of cooking in the oven in a stone pot was not enough.
It was interesting flavor but way too salty. I did let it sit more than 10 minutes but I don't think that affected how salty it was. I would put 2 tsp instead of 2 Tbsp.
