- 1/2 cup (125 ml) buttermilk
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sour cream (or plain yogurt)
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) honey
- A touch of garlic, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
