Coconut Milk Coffee with Nutmeg
- 1 can 14 oz (398 ml) light coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) sugar
- 6 espresso Americano
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- In a saucepan, bring the coconut milk and sugar to a boil. With a blender or an upright milk frother, froth the coconut milk.
- Spoon the coconut milk froth over the coffee. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve with Pecan and Spice Scones.
