    • 1 egg yolk 

    • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Dijon mustard
    • 1/2 cup (125 ml) canola oil
    • Salt and pepper

    • 1 lb (454 g) snow crab meat, drained (preferably fresh)
    • 3/4 cup (180 ml) English cucumber peeled, seeded and diced
    • 2 green onions, finely chopped
    • Tabasco sauce, to taste 

    • 6 hot dog buns 

    • 6 Boston lettuce leaves
    • Softened butter, for spreading
