Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) salted roasted cashews
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) unsalted roasted almonds
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) plain shelled pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) raisins, of your choice
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) dried apricots, halved

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Store in a sealable bag or in a jar.
