Quick Strawberry Jam with Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (750 ml) fresh or frozen strawberries cut into quarters (or raspberries, blueberries ...)
  • 1 cup (250 ml) maple syrup

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, bring the strawberries and maple syrup to a boil. Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until it thickens slightly. Let cool.
