Si j'aurais pu donner 7 étoiles je l'aurais fait! Vraiment bon, le sucré salé de la sauce, le crémeux des tranches d'avocat Yum!. Je n'avais pas sous la main des haut de cuisse, j'ai donc utilisé une poitrine de poulet que j'ai tranché avant de mariner. C'était délicieux aussi. Merci à l'équipe Ricardo pour cette belle découverte. À refaire prochainement.

Wish I could post a photo on here...I could show you just how good this recipe is...it is not our first time making it. Today we are making it for 7 people for lunch. So easy to prepare. You can make everything ahead of time then re-heat and assemble when it is time to eat. Go ahead and try it...you won't regret it!
