Brise-Bise’s Shrimp Poutine
- Russet potato French Fries (see recipe)
- 1 recipe Poutine White Sauce (see recipe)
- 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) L'Anse-au-Griffon shrimp
- 2 cups (500 ml) Le Petit Gaspé’s cheese curd
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) green onions, thinly sliced
- Divide the fries into bowls and drizzle with the sauce. Top with the shrimp, cheese, and green onions.
