Brise-Bise’s Shrimp Poutine

Ingredients

  • Russet potato French Fries (see recipe)
  • 1 recipe Poutine White Sauce (see recipe)
  • 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) L'Anse-au-Griffon shrimp
  • 2 cups (500 ml) Le Petit Gaspé’s cheese curd
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) green onions, thinly sliced

Preparation

  1. Divide the fries into bowls and drizzle with the sauce. Top with the shrimp, cheese, and green onions.
