Sesame Bok Choy
- 1 1/2 lbs (675 g) baby bok choy, cut in half lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) black sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper
- In a large non-stick skillet, brown the bok choy in the oils. Season with salt and pepper. Add the broth.
- Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
