In a shallow bowl, with a fork, combine all the ingredients of the omelet you have chosen. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the omelet in the microwave oven for 1 minute. The centre of the omelet should still be soft. With a spatula, release the omelet from the rim of the bowl. It is then ready to be eaten. You can fold it in half if you want to make a sandwich.
