3/4 cup (180 ml) tomato and clam juice (Clamato-style)
2 tbsp (30 ml) vodka
2 tsp (10 ml) lime juice
1/4 tsp (1 ml) green Tabasco sauce (or regular)
1/4 tsp (1 ml) Worcestershire sauce
1 stalk celery
1 stalk cilantro
1 lime wedge
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the lime wedge.
Moisten the rim of a tall glass with the lime wedge. Dip the rim in the salt mixture. Set aside.
In a measuring cup, stir together the tomato and clam juice, vodka, lime juice, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly.
Fill the prepared glass three-quarter full with ice cubes and add the Bloody Caesar. Garnish with the celery and cilantro stalks and the lime wedge. Garnish with a Spicy Harissa Shrimp Skewer (see recipe) on the edge of the glass.
