Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (210 g) frozen mango cubes
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) plain yogurt
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) cold water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch garam masala (see note)

Preparation

  1. In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.

Note

Garam masala is a blend of roasted and ground spices usually consisting of mace, cardamom, cumin, coriander, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon. You can prepare the mix at home or purchase it in most grocery stores.
