Candy-Coated Cantaloupe

Ingredients

  • 1 7-gram roll of tart candy like Rockets or SweeTarts
  • 2 slices cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cubed

Preparation

  1. On a work surface, crush the Rockets into powder with the bottom of a ramekin or with a mortar. Place the powder in a small bowl.
  2. On a plate, place the melon cubes and the powdered candies. Skewer a piece of melon with a toothpick, and dip it into the powder just before eating.
