- 7 cups (1.75 litres) water
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) bunch fresh coriander
- 2 limes, cut into thin wedges
- Pour the water into a beautiful glass jug and add the fruit and herb. Clean the fruit and hers before adding them to the water. Refrigerate overnight, then drink within 24 hours. After that time, some fruit and herbs release too much flavours.
