Caper-Mayonnaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) mayonnaise
  • ½ cup (35 g) Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Season with pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
