- 1 cup (250 ml) mayonnaise
- ½ cup (35 g) Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
- 1 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
- In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Season with pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
