- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup (70 g) frozen sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup (70 g) sliced bananas
- In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth.
- Serve immediately, adding a wide straw to each glass.
