Fruity Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup (70 g) frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup (70 g) sliced bananas

Preparation

  1. In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately, adding a wide straw to each glass.

Note

If soy, almond or other non-dairy milks are in your fridge at home, blend away. The key is to use a liquid that will give your shake a smooth, rich texture.
