Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) tomato-based chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until completely chilled.
