- 1/2 cup (125 ml) tomato-based chili sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp (5 ml) soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until completely chilled.
