Basic Dry Rub

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp black peppercorns
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder

Preparation

  1. In a coffee grinder or mortar and pestle, grind the peppercorns, coriander seeds and salt. Add the remaining ingredients. The basic dry rub will keep for 3 months in an airtight container at room temperature.
