- 1 ¼ cups (310 ml) mayonnaise
- 2 tsp (10 ml) harissa
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Delicious served with our Merguez Hot Dog.
The harissa mayonnaise will keep in an airtight container for 1 week in the refrigerator.
