- 1/2 oz (15 ml) apple vermouth
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) apple brandy
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) ice cider
- 3 tbsp crushed ice
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sparkling apple must
- Thinly sliced apple, to taste
- In a champagne flute, combine the vermouth, brandy and cider. Add the ice. Top off with the apple must and garnish with apple slices.
