Apple Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) apple vermouth
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) apple brandy
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) ice cider
  • 3 tbsp crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sparkling apple must
  • Thinly sliced apple, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a champagne flute, combine the vermouth, brandy and cider. Add the ice. Top off with the apple must and garnish with apple slices.
