Salad with Creamy Tarragon Dressing
Ingredients
Dressing
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive or canola oil
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) 35% cream
- 1 tbsp tarragon, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp (7.5 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 ½ tsp (7.5 ml) honey
Salad
- 6 cups (150 g) lettuce leaves (such as Boston, curly or other), torn
- ¾ cup (115 g) frozen green peas, blanched for 1 minute
- ¾ cup (115 g) radishes, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp tarragon leaves
Preparation
Dressing
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
Salad
- When ready to serve, toss all of the ingredients with the dressing. Adjust the seasoning.
