- 2 glasses
Dalgona Iced Coffee
- 1/4 cup (55 g) sugar
- 1/4 cup (14 g) instant coffee
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) water
- 1 to 2 cups (250 ml to 500 ml) milk or chocolate milk, depending on the size of the glasses
- In a bowl, combine the sugar, coffee and water. Whip with an electric mixer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the texture thickens and resembles whipped cream. Set aside.
- Divide the ice among two glasses and add the milk or chocolate milk.
- Top with the whipped coffee and serve immediately.
