Dalgona Iced Coffee


  • 1/4 cup (55 g) sugar
  • 1/4 cup (14 g) instant coffee
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) water
  • 1 to 2 cups (250 ml to 500 ml) milk or chocolate milk, depending on the size of the glasses
  • Ice


  1. In a bowl, combine the sugar, coffee and water. Whip with an electric mixer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the texture thickens and resembles whipped cream. Set aside.
  2. Divide the ice among two glasses and add the milk or chocolate milk.
  3. Top with the whipped coffee and serve immediately.
