Spruce Beer with Absinthe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (125 ml) ice cubes
  • 1 oz (30 ml) gin
  • ½ oz (15 ml) absinthe or chartreuse
  • ½ oz (15 ml) lime juice
  • ½ cup (125 ml) cold spruce beer
  • 1 small rosemary sprig
  • 1 thin lime wedge

Preparation

  1. Place the ice cubes in a lowball whisky glass. Pour in the gin, absinthe and lime juice. Mix well. Top off with the spruce beer. Garnish with the rosemary and lime wedge.
