Maple Royal Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup (165 g) icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
  2. The icing will keep for 3 days with plastic wrap directly on the surface at room temperature. Delicious with our potato doughnuts.
