Ingredients

- 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp dehydrated minced onion
- 1 tbsp dehydrated minced garlic
- 1 tsp fleur de sel

Preparation

- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Delicious on ramen noodles with eggs (see recipe) and as a seasoning for raw vegetables, fish, tofu or chicken. The seasoning will keep for 3 months in an airtight container at room temperature.
