  2. Having given up the flour sifter method, this is how I measure. Very reassuring to get confirmation from an expert.

  3. Who would have thought! I typically measure four by scooping out of a container just as you say not to. I wouldn't have believed it would make such a difference without the demo. I have never read any caution or instruction about how to measure flour before. Great advice!
