- 1 cup (250 ml) chilled pomegranate juice
- 1 3/4 cups (430 ml) chilled white port
- 3 cups (750 ml) chilled tonic water
- Ice cubes
- 8 long strips lemon zest
1. In a pitcher, mix together the juice, port and tonic water.
2. Fill 8 highball glasses three quarters full of ice. Drop in the zest strips and fill with the portonic.
