Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) chilled pomegranate juice
  • 1 3/4 cups (430 ml) chilled white port
  • 3 cups (750 ml) chilled tonic water
  • Ice cubes
  • 8 long strips lemon zest

Preparation

  • 1. In a pitcher, mix together the juice, port and tonic water.
  • 2. Fill 8 highball glasses three quarters full of ice. Drop in the zest strips and fill with the portonic.
