- 1/4 oz (7.5 g) grated dark chocolate (about 15 ml/1 tablespoon)
- 1 oz (30 ml) Bottega Gianduja Crema (milk chocolate liqueur)
- 6 tablespoons (90 ml) dark chocolate milk
- 1 oz (30 ml) vodka
1. Place grated chocolate on a small plate. With a few drops of liqueur, moisten the rim of a martini glass then dip in grated chocolate.
2. In a shaker, pour chocolate milk, Gianduja crema, vodka and ice. Shake well. Strain and pour into the glass.
