Amaretto Sour with Ginger Ale
- 2 small sprigs cedar or fresh rosemary
- 2 oz (60 ml) almond liqueur (amaretto)
- 1 oz (30 ml) lemon juice
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) cold ginger ale
- Ice cubes, as desired
1. Tie a cedar sprig to the stem of each glass using twine.
2. Divide the amaretto and lemon juice between the glasses. Stir. Fill with ice cubes and top up with the ginger ale.
